Charles obtained his BA from Stanford University in Economics and his MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He has over 25 years in the financial industry and is an investment advisor representative with Cetera Advisor Networks LLC.
Charlie is a principal and co-founder of the independent financial services firm, Martin Haugh Financial. Martin Haugh Financial delivers concierge financial planning services to help grow and preserve assets for the firm’s valued clientele. He has experience in corporate finance, capital planning, real estate finance and development for corporations such as PepsiCo’s Taco Bell division and Wells Fargo Bank. He also offers services in federal retirement planning.
Charlie is active in Portland Rotary, is a member of the YMCA Teen Division and has served on the board of the OHSU Medical Group.
